经纪人保险费支付取消条款
若被保险人到期没有支付保险费给保险经纪人，保险人会终止与未缴保险费相应的保险单的效力。在保险单终止生效之前，被保险人应该在收到保险费支付到期通知后7天之内支付保险费。本条款不损害或影响经纪人所享有的与保险单有关的权利及其对被保险人或其代理人抗辩的权利。若保险费是按季度分期付款，在保险单有效期间，保险船舶发生全损、推定全损、商定全损或议定全损，那么被保险人应该支付该年度全部保险费给保险人。BROKERS PAYMENT OF PREMIUM AND CANCELLATION CLAUSE
In the event of non-payment of any or all of the premiums to Insurance Broker, when due, this Policy may be cancelled by Underwriters for that part of the Insurance to which the outstanding premiums refer, but it is understood that due notice shall be given to the Assured before such cancellation takes effect and that seven days' grace shall be allowed to the Assured after receipt of such notice to remit the premium due.This clause shall not prejudice or affect the Brokers' right in respect of any amount remaining due to them whether in connection with this Policy or otherwise or any other rights of the Brokers against the Assured or their Agents.If the premium due hereon is payable in quarterly instalments then in the event of the vessel being an Actual Total Loss and/or Constructive Total Loss and/or Arranged Total Loss and/or Compromised Total Loss cover hereunder during the Currency of this Policy, the full annual premium to be paid to Underwriters.
